1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bk39 platform and all its associated services. By using our website or registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. If any of your details change, you must notify our support team immediately. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

bk39 primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Users from certain countries or regions may not be able to use our services. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Your bk39 account login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bk39 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure a safe gaming environment. Identity verification may be mandatory in the following situations:

• First-time verification before withdrawal
• For large withdrawal amounts
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account
• When required prior to claiming a bonus

Accepted identification: National Identity Card (NID), passport, driving licence.

3.3 Account Stability

Accounts inactive for more than 180 days may be marked as Dormant. The balance of such accounts will be preserved, but some services may be restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Additional verification may be required for the first withdrawal

4.3 Failed Transactions

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A user may use a bonus offer only once
• A bonus may only be usable on designated games

5.3 VIP Programme

• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

You can advance to higher tiers based on regular gaming activity and loyalty.

6 Gameplay Policy

6.1 Fair Play

bk39 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent gaming. All our games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game outcome is predetermined and all results are completely random.

6.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum betting limit is set for each game. A maximum betting limit generally applies when using a bonus — exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a server error, disconnection, or other technical issue, bk39 will make a decision based on the system logs. The game server record will be considered final.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by bk39

bk39 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms
• Suspicion of fraud
• Direction from a law enforcement or regulatory authority
• Prolonged inactivity of the account

10.2 Closure by the User

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support. All pending bets must be settled before the account is closed. Any eligible balance will remain withdrawable.
